These Terms of Service govern your use of Our Tools, a developer/agent tooling marketplace operated by Elite AI Holdings LLC (doing business as "Empire AI Solutions"). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Our Tools sells one-time and subscription access to developer/agent software packs (detector packs, agent skill packs, SaaS components). Some packs include a free (OSS) tier with no purchase required; paid tiers are billed via Stripe.
Purchasing a pack grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered artifact per the license key issued at /access. Redistribution of paid artifacts outside your own organization is not permitted.
Paid tiers bill via Stripe at checkout (one-time) or monthly (subscription tiers). See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
The Service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite AI Holdings LLC (doing business as "Empire AI Solutions")'s total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
