Account/checkout data (name, email, payment details) is collected and processed by Stripe on our behalf; Elite AI Holdings LLC (doing business as "Empire AI Solutions") does not store your card details. We store your email, purchased SKU/tier, and an issued license key to fulfil and support your purchase.
To deliver your purchased license/access, respond to support requests, and meet our own legal/accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Shared only with processors that help us run the Service (Stripe for payments; our email provider for delivery/support mail) under their own data-processing terms.
